Production design for “Americans” exhibition at the National Museum of American Indian, a collaboration with Studio Joseph.
Hundreds of graphics and artifacts representing American Indians from three centuries of American life are showcased in six interconnected galleries on the South-West wing of this museum. Each gallery covers familiar topics like Pocahontas, the Battle of Little Bighorn, Thanksgiving and Trail of Tears — highlighting the ways in which American Indians have been part of the nation’s identity since before the country began. The semi-permanent exhibition will continue through 2022.
KUDOS worked closely with Studio Joseph to ensure clear typographic hierarchy and optimum production / installation methods for all graphic components across all galleries and surfaces.
