CMYK Block Party
10,000+ attendees came out to celebrate Poster House’s fifth anniversary at the annual CMYK Block Party. The CMYK Council assisted with brainstorming and outreach, leading to performances by the Blue Angels Drumline and Shake Rattle and Roll Dueling Pianos, and engaging activities that included printmaking and letterpress, children and family workshops, double dutch, and more.

First Fridays
Join Poster House on the First Friday of every month for free admission and extended hours! Themed programming fills the museum spaces with workshops and activities. For May 2024, Poster House kicked off Asian Pacific American Heritage Month by partnering with Welcome to Chinatown and Pengyou on a series of programs that celebrate the culture, community, and resilience of Chinatown and its artists.

Genius on Display
Genius on Display is a series platform for spotlighting the expertise of racialized artists and designers within the context of Poster House’s exhibitions and permanent collection.

Heritage Month Programming
Every month, Poster House is dedicated to celebrating the heritage of various cultures and groups within the context of Poster House’s exhibitions and permanent collection.

Partnerships
In honor of hashtag Vote Early Day, Paramount partnered with Poster House for an exciting “Poster Jam” workshop! Employees and community members rolled up their sleeves to design their own Vote Early Day posters, and some designs were chosen to light up Times Square billboards.
